The cylinder temperature of an injection molding machine can greatly affect the quality of the final product. Set the heating temperature

The heating temperature is the first factor that affects the cylinder temperature. Set the temperature according to the type of material you are using. For instance, if you're using a low-temperature plastic, the heating temperature should be within 180-200°C. On the other hand, if you're using a high-temperature plastic, the heating temperature should be within 230-280°C.

Monitor the temperature

If it's too cold, you can increase the temperature by increasing the heating temperature. Remember to adjust the temperature gradually to avoid sudden changes that can cause thermal deformation.

Conduct regular maintenance

Regular maintenance is essential for ensuring that the temperature control system is functioning correctly. You should schedule maintenance checks at least twice a year. During maintenance checks, you can clean the heating elements, check the temperature sensors, and replace any worn-out parts.
