What is the electrical control system of the bottle cap injection molding machine? what's the effect?

1. The electrical control system is the "central nerve" of the bottle cap injection molding machine. It controls the various action programs and actions of the ZOWEITE® bottle cap injection molding machine; it controls time, position, temperature, pressure, speed, and rotation speed. The closed-loop control and regulation system is mainly composed of computer (central processing unit) and interface circuit (I/O), various detection elements (sensing and switching devices) and hydraulic drive amplifier circuit.

2. Input and output (I/O) channels are the main components of the computer control system, including analog input channels, analog output channels, digital input channels, digital output channels, signal conditioning circuits, relay circuits, and special signal deal with. On the one hand, the central processing unit receives the control signal from the main board, processes the control signal, and directly outputs it to control the action of the drive actuator; on the other hand, the I/O device receives the input of various detection signals on site, and goes through the program. After the control processing is processed, it is passed to the central processing unit.

3. The digital input channel mainly includes optocoupler isolation circuit and 8-bit shift register circuit. The function of the optocoupler isolation circuit is to electrically isolate the executive board from the actuator to prevent interference from high voltage and destroy the operation of the CPU program. 8 Displacement register electrical circuit is to convert parallel input signals into serial output.

4. The thermocouple signal is an analog signal. Before input to the computer for processing, the analog signal needs to be converted into a digital signal. Including analog signal amplification circuit and A/D conversion circuit.

5. The output signal of the encoder is a digital quantity, which is used to detect the position of the action and can be directly input to the computer for processing. 6. The digital output channel is to process the control signal output by the computer, and then output to drive the actuator for action. The digital output channel includes a digital latch circuit and a high-power drive circuit.

7. The heating system is used to heat the screw barrel, nozzle or mold. To heat the screw barrel and nozzle, a resistance heating ring is generally used, which is sheathed outside the screw barrel and nozzle and detected in sections by hot spot coupling. When heating, the heat is transferred inward through the barrel wall to provide a heat source for plasticization of the material; at the same time, the thermocouple detects the temperature of the screw barrel, nozzle or mold in sections, and realizes closed-loop adjustment after processing and control. Since the heater control output and the oil pump motor control output belong to strong current control, a relay control circuit is needed to realize it.
