● The surface gloss difference of PVC tube fitting injection molding machine molded products is largely related to the fluidity of PVC materials. Therefore, improving the fluidity of materials is an important measure to improve the quality of products. Specifically:

1. Due to the low temperature of the molten material, the fluidity of the material is poor. The heating temperature of the material can be appropriately increased, especially at the nozzle.

2. If the formula is unreasonable, so that the plasticization of materials cannot be in place or there are too many fillers, the formula shall be adjusted, the plasticization quality and fluidity of materials shall be improved through the reasonable cooperation of processing additives, and the dosage of fillers shall be controlled.
