ZOWEITE® Plastic bucket molding machine has an electric eye detection full-automatic bucket out system. Electric eye is an optical sensor, which is mainly used to detect products and provide signal for the automatic working cycle of injection molding machine. After the product is ejected and taken out, the injection molding machine automatically closes the safety valve enters a new working cycle,which saves manpower and does not need to open ad close the safety door by itself, so as to improve the safety of the work.

Does it can produce thin walled products?

Compared with other standard injection molding machines, plastic bucket molding machine has higher injection pressure and faster speed, and can produce thin-walled products.

With the characteristics of high pressure and high speed, customers can use low-cost raw materials or the same raw materials to produce thinner products and improve profitability. And the reinforced mold locking structure can make the precision of the product higher.

The special plasticizing system includes a material barrel, a heating ring and a material storage motor. The heating ring of the plastic bucket molding machine and the screw in the barrel rotate to fully melt and mix the raw materials, uniform color mixing and more efficient production. We also have infrared heating ring, which can not only realize unidirectional heat conduction, but also reduce the diffusion of external temperature, reduce the temperature of space environment and improve the working environment. There are two types of special injection molding machines for machine oil barrels: GF650CEH and GF780CEH. The machine of GF650CEH is mainly suitable for 10l-20l plastic bucket, and the machine of GF780CEH is mainly suitable for 18L-35L machine plastic bucket.
