What is the injection molding process for 170ton PVC Pipe Fitting Injection Molding Machine？
The heat source for melting PVC raw materials comes from two aspects, namely, the shear heat of plastic generated by screw motion and the resistance wire heating of the outer wall of the barrel, which is mainly the shear heat of screw motion, and the outer heating of the barrel is mainly the heat source provided when the 170ton PVC Pipe Fitting Injection Molding Machine is started. Due to the poor heat conduction performance of PVC, although foreign plastics have been heated, the intermediate material is still in the condensed state, and even the peripheral part has been overheated and decomposed, and there may be unmelted parts inside. 1. The back pressure shall be controlled at about 1MPa. Excessive back pressure will produce excessive shear force and overheat and decompose PVC. At the same time, multi-stage back pressure control shall be adopted in the glue melting process. At the beginning, the effective length of the screw is long and the back pressure should be low. With the decrease of the effective length of the screw, the back pressure should be appropriately increased to compensate for the decrease of heat. For a short period before the end of material return, the back pressure shall be reduced to prevent salivation leakage.

3. In order to inject the plastic into the inspection cavity, the speed of each place is uniform. Generally, the injection speed should be controlled in multiple stages. The principle is to start the injection slowly. The injection rate must be increased with the gradual increase of the molding area. Until there are no cracks and shrinkage marks, the injection cannot be too fast to prevent the surface of the product from becoming denuded.
4. The temperature of the barrel during injection shall be controlled between 170-190 ℃. When the barrel temperature reaches the set temperature, the blower shall be started to cool down. When the temperature needs to rise, the blowing heating shall be stopped to prevent PVC from overheating and deterioration.

1. The length diameter ratio of screw shall be 20:1, and the compression ratio shall be between 1:1.6-1:1.2.
