1.Understand the relevant information of the mold: 

It is best to obtain the design drawing of the mold, analyze it in detail, and invite the mold technician to participate in the mold test.

2.First check and mechanical cooperation on the workbench：

Pay attention to whether there are scratches, missing parts and looseness, whether the action of the die towards the sliding plate is correct, whether there is leakage at the water channel and air pipe joints, and if the opening range of the die is limited, it should also be indicated on the die. If the above actions can be done before hanging the die, the waste of man hours caused by finding problems during hanging the die and then dismantling the die can be avoided.

3.When it is determined that all parts of the mold act properly, it is necessary to select a suitable mold test ejector. During the selection, pay attention to:

4.Increase the mold temperature

After the mold temperature increases, the action of each part must be checked again, because the clamping phenomenon may be caused after thermal expansion just now. Therefore, pay attention to the sliding of each part to avoid strain and vibration.

5.If the factory does not implement the principle of experimental plan, we suggest that only one condition can be adjusted at a time when adjusting the mold test conditions, so as to distinguish the impact of a single condition change on the finished product

6. According to different raw materials, bake the raw materials appropriately

7.Try to use the raw materials required for the production of products in the future.

8.Do not test the mold completely with secondary materials. If there is a color demand, the color test can be arranged together.
