Annual maintenance and inspection items of Auto bumper Injection Molding Machine/Equipment:
1. Check the quality of the hydraulic oil. Generally, the hydraulic oil used in the injection molding machine for auto bumpers is required to be replaced with new oil every 12 months to 18 months. When the new equipment is used, the hydraulic oil should be discharged from the hydraulic system of the injection molding machine after 3 months of use. Each control valve, pipeline, and fuel tank in the hydraulic system should be cleaned once (because the worn iron powder and unclean debris in the pipeline are mixed into the oil at the beginning of the use of the new equipment), after filtering the hydraulic oil (with 150 mesh filter), refill the tank.
2. Correct the temperature difference error between the display of the thermocouple temperature measuring instrument and the actual temperature measurement point measured by the thermometer, remove the dirt on the contact point of the hot spot, and correct the correct working temperature measurement position of the thermocouple.
3. Check the firmness of all wire connection points in the control box, check whether the rubber insulation layer of the line is aging, prevent leakage, and replace the line wire if necessary.
4. Check the mechanical transmission deceleration system, such as bearing cleaning, check the wear condition, and replace the bearing if necessary.
5. Check the wear condition of the gear surface and the quality of the lubricating oil in the reduction box, and make a record.
6. Check the wear condition of the screw and barrel, repair the minor wear and scratches, repair when the wear is more serious, make a record, and propose a replacement plan.
7. All drive motors, hydraulic pumps and motors should be disassembled and inspected to check the wear conditions of bearings and pump bodies. After cleaning, add lubricating oil (grease), make records of worn parts, and propose plans for maintenance or replacement of new parts.
Check some sealing rings and wearing parts, and replace them if necessary.
