What should be paid attention to during Mineral Water Plastic Bottle Cap Machine for Injection Molding Mould?
1.Inspection of oil temperature, pump shell temperature and electromagnet temperature: the oil temperature is normal when it is 20 ℃ ~ 50 ℃, and the pump shell temperature of Mineral Water Plastic Bottle Cap Machine for Injection Molding Mould is 10 ℃ ~ 30 ℃ higher than room temperature.
2.Adjust and check whether the regulating pressure of the counter flow valve can rise and fall continuously and evenly, and then adjust to the set pressure after everything is normal;

5.Inspection of oil leakage: inspection of oil leakage at the joint surface of injection molding machine pump, output shaft, pipe joint, the joint between oil cylinder piston rod and end cover, all sides of mailbox, installation surface of various valve components, installation thread and installation flange.
