Plastic Bucket Making Machine operation attention:
1. Before power transmission, make sure to turn off the power switch of motor and electric heating;
2. Check whether the circulating cooling water is unblocked. When the ZOWEITE injection molding machine is started and heated, it must ensure that the water switches of the hydraulic oil and the circulating cooling water of the barrel have been opened and unblocked;
3. If the machine is equipped with a centralized lubrication device, check the amount of oil in the device before starting the machine. Before the oil level falls and the warning line is opened, refill the lubricating oil and inject the oil to the specified oil level.
4. Check the parameters of the machine during operation. First put the machine in manual state, press the relevant button and look at the pressure gauge to predict the pressure of each section. When the electric heating is not heated to the set value (the temperature during normal operation), remember not to start the oil pressure motor, operate feeding, injection, ejection and other actions, otherwise the machine may be faulty or damaged;
5. Before checking and adjusting the functional parameters of the injection molding machine, try to turn off the power supply of the motor and oil pump. If it cannot be avoided, special care shall be taken. It is strictly prohibited to operate each key on the control board on the machine with one hand while the other hand does any work within the lock mold area or contacts any moving parts on the machine. It is absolutely prohibited to operate one machine by two people;
6. Operate ZOWEITE® Plastic Bucket Making Machine: when the safety door is opened, it must be confirmed that the stop can fall automatically at the mold opening stop position, and do not move the bumper. Stop or bumper cover, when the machine stops at the mold opening and does not reach the termination position, the mechanical safety device does not work. Understand its key.
