What should be paid attention to during Plastic Cap / Bottle Shutter Injection Molding Machines?
1.Inspection of oil temperature, pump shell temperature and electromagnet temperature: the oil temperature is normal when it is 20 ℃ ~ 50 ℃, and the pump shell temperature of Plastic Cap / Bottle Shutter Injection Molding Machines is 10 ℃ ~ 30 ℃ higher than room temperature.
2.Adjust and check whether the regulating pressure of the counter flow valve can rise and fall continuously and evenly, and then adjust to the set pressure after everything is normal;
3.When the ZOWEITE® Plastic Cap / Bottle Shutter Injection Molding Machines is started, the reverse flow valve shall be confirmed to be adjusted to the minimum pressure, that is, loosen the pressure regulating handle, and then jog the oil pump to observe whether there are abnormal conditions: such as whether the pump emits oil, whether there is abnormal sound, whether the pressure gauge fluctuates severely, etc;
4.Noise and vibration inspection: check whether the injection molding oil pump and electromagnet have abnormal noise, whether the pipeline has vibration sound, whether the oil cylinder has impact sound during reversing, and whether the pipeline is loose, etc.
5.Inspection of oil leakage: inspection of oil leakage at the joint surface of injection molding machine pump, output shaft, pipe joint, the joint between oil cylinder piston rod and end cover, all sides of mailbox, installation surface of various valve components, installation thread and installation flange.
