2. Barrel cleaning
Before shutting down, the plastic in the barrel should be cleaned up, and the original plastic remaining inside the barrel should be cleaned out with one of the plastics of PP, PS and PE. After cleaning, loosen the screw stroke to the maximum stroke. This can prevent part of the screw head from being burned out when the machine is heated up next time.
(1).If the plastic used is HB ordinary transparent plastic or natural color plastic, you can directly shoot the plastic inside the barrel without cleaning.
(2). If the plastics used are colored, VO fire-resistant plastics, corrosive plastics, and plastics with glass fiber, they must be cleaned with one of PP, PS, and PE. After the cleaning work is completed, the temperature of the material pipe can be directly turned off.
3.Drain the mold, barrel cooler, hydraulic oil cooler
First turn off the power supply of the cooling water tower, the water tower outlet pump, the chiller equipment and the mold temperature machine equipment, and then do the following four points of drainage protection.
(1). Close the water inlet and outlet valves of the hydraulic oil cooler of the injection molding machine, remove the inlet and outlet water pipe joints, and use the air gun of the air compressor to blow out all the residual water in the cooler (drain out) to avoid rusting or rusting inside the water ring. oxidation.
(2). Close the inlet and outlet water valves of the cooling water ring of the barrel (material pipe), remove the inlet and outlet water pipe joints, and use the air gun of the air compressor to blow out all the residual water in the cooling water ring (drain out) to avoid the water ring. Internal rust or oxidation.
(3). Close the water inlet and outlet valves of the mold (male mold/female mold), remove the water inlet and outlet pipe joints, and use the air gun of the air compressor to blow out all the residual water in the water transport system of the mold (drain out) to avoid the mold The mold core is rusted.
(4). Finally, turn off the power of the air compressor equipment and release the residual air pressure.
