Generally speaking, the production process of plastic bottle cap is roughly divided into two types: compression plastic cap production process and Water Caps Making Machine / Injection Moulding Machine process.
Production process of compression molding cover: the suction machine sucks the mixed materials into the barrel of the compression molding machine, heats them in the barrel to the semi molten plasticization state, and then quantitatively extrudes them into the mold cavity. PP (polypropylene): the density is 0.9-0.91 g / cm3, and the processing temperature is about 220 ℃;
Comparison of PE and PP:
(1) the density of PP is smaller than that of PE, and the strength, stiffness, hardness and heat resistance of PP are better than that of PE, which can be used at about 100 degrees;
