What equipment is required for a qualified plastic pallet injection molding production line?

1.Plastic pallet injection molding machine mold: 
According to the appearance division, the plastic pallet can be divided into three kinds, two sided use plastic pallet, single sided use plastic tray and light plastic pallet. All three types of pallet have the stacking requirements.
The following points should be noted for plastic pallet mold:

(1)Welding line will affect the service life of the ZOWEITE® plastic pallet injection molding machine. ZOWEITE design team will conduct the mode flow analysis to choose the best heat flow channel skills and heat flow channel location. Typically for single-layer trays, a 12tip hot channel will be used, and a 20 tip hot channel or 24 points.

(3)In the selection of plastic pallet injection molding machine mold steel, P20 is usually recommend or better steel.

(4)On the plastic pallet test, include dynamic and static tests to detect the maximum weight the plastic pallet can bear.
