Servo 120 tons injection molding machine has three feeding methods: front feed, rear additive and fixed additive.Generally, according to the nozzle and material conditions.

1. In cases with large travel and high ambient temperature, the 120 tons injection molding machine cylinder can only be fixed at one end, and the other end remains free expansion to prevent cylinder deformation caused by thermal expansion.

2. The end pin hole of the piston rod should be in the same direction as the earring pin hole (or ear shaft), otherwise the servo injection molding machine cylinder will be subject to the bending load with the ear shaft as the fulcrum, causing wear and jam.

3. Before installation, it is necessary to carefully check the processing quality of the shaft ends and holes, chamfer and remove the burrs, and then clean and blow it dry with kerosene or gasoline.

4. The sliding surface of the installation surface and the piston shall be maintained to a certain degree of parallel and verticality.

5. The center line of the cylinder should be concentric with the action line of the load force to avoid causing the example force.Otherwise, the seal body or piston is easy to wear.

6. For oil cylinder with large stroke, support should be set in the cylinder block and cylinder rod of servo energy-saving injection molding machine to prevent downward bending of self-weight.

7. The sealing ring of the oil cylinder should not be installed too tight, especially in the u-type sealing group. If it is too tight, the movement resistance of the servo-energy-saving injection molding machine piston rod will increase.
